If you arrive 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time. The service will be charged at full price, as I am committed to delivering the highest quality regardless of time constraints.
I also reserve the right to refuse service if you are 15 or more minutes late, depending on the circumstances. If service is refused, you will still be charged for the full appointment, and a deposit will be required if you choose to rebook. This will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the service. Additionally, you will not be allowed to book future appointments with me. This policy is in place to ensure all clients receive the service they deserve and to maintain an organized schedule.
To hold your appointment and secure payment in case of no-show or payment failure, a credit card will be kept on file. This ensures that charges for services are processed smoothly. If a charge does not go through and you fail to respond to my messages or attempts to reach you for payment, you will be permanently banned from booking with me again. Furthermore, if dues remain unpaid, legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount.
I understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, as this allows me to accommodate other clients. However, I will also allow same-day rescheduling or cancellations as long as it’s at least 4 hours before your appointment. This flexibility helps me better serve my clients and manage my schedule.
If you arrive for your appointment and have less than 40% of your lashes remaining, a full set will be required instead of a fill. This is because I will not be able to work within the time allocated for a fill, and the service will not give you the results you expect.
You will be charged an additional fee due to the need for a full set rather than a fill. Please note that this fee will not be applied toward the cost of the full set, and you will be required to pay the full price for a full set. We will need to reschedule your appointment based on my availability, and please be aware that it may be further out than originally anticipated.
I want you to love your lashes! If you experience any issues within 48 hours after your appointment, including poor retention, lash gaps, or other concerns, please contact me immediately. I will gladly fix any problems within 7 days from your original appointment at no additional charge.
Retention Issues: If your lashes shed too quickly or you notice any significant gaps or patchiness, I’ll make it right for you. This applies only if the shedding or gaps are due to the application or quality of the lashes, not external factors (like excessive rubbing, oil-based products, or improper care).
Please note, this policy is only valid within 48 hours of your appointment, and you must contact me within this window to schedule a fix. After 48 hours, regular charges will apply for any touch-ups or fixes.
