There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule per stylists availability.

If you cannot make it to your appointment and do not call to reschedule or cancel you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price. Fees are to be paid at the end of the appointment time. This fee cannot be credited towards any future appointments.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows enough time to offer that time slot to another client. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service price for the late cancellation.

If you have less than 40% of your lash extensions (per eye) remaining. A new full set will be required because of timing restrictions. Please consider rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment time. If rescheduling the day of, a $50 deposit will be required to hold your appointment. The deposit will be put towards your rescheduled appointment unless you cancel or no-show. This fee cannot be refunded or credited towards any future appointments.

There are NO refunds on any services. If you are having an issue after your service with retention, please let me know within 2 days. I will make any changes for free as long as you come to see me within 7 days from your appointment (we can work around business hours). If you choose to wait until your next refill appointment then you are subject to normal fill policies.
